Do I Have To Purchase My Dress Online?

Order can also be placed over the phone, by fax, or in-store. We have a central location in Edmonton, Alberta. 

What If The Dress Does Not Fit?

All dresses are made to the best fit for the customer, based on the measurements provided. Almost all garments will need some type of alteration for the best fit. If you have any concerns or questions about this – give us a call.

When Will My Dress Arrive?

We want to make sure you get your dress as soon as possible. We aim to have the dress delivered approximately 3-5 months from the order date.  

Rush Shipping And Additional Fees:

We do rush shipping 2 – 3 months at an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange this.

Additional fees may apply for select order specifications. Such specifications include, but are not limited to, plus sizes, extra length, hollow-to-hem measurements and rush delivery.

What If There Is A Flaw In The Dress Or The Wrong Style Is Shipped?

Please take a picture of the flaw and e-mail to us so that we can check into this. We will either make a new one or pay your seamstress to fix it.

If a wrong style is sent, we will make sure you get the right style. You will have to ship the dress to us at our cost.

Where Are The Dresses Made?

While our storefront location is in Edmonton, all dresses are crafted in Europe by a professional team.

What Is The Fabric Content?

Most fabrics are a polyester blend. The addition for polyester gives the fabric durability and reduces wrinkling.

What Is The Return Policy?

You can cancel your order within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds: store credit only.

Ordering Online:

Svitlana Dresses offers four convenient ways to order. We accept orders online, by phone, fax and mail.

Svitlana Dresses provides a secure online order form. Information submitted on the form is handled with the strictest security.

Upon submitting your order, an automated e-mail is sent to acknowledge the purchase. Payments are processed within 24 hours.

Ordering By Phone:

Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 – 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Ordering By Fax:

Svitlana Dresses provides a printable order form on our website.

Upon faxing your order, customer service will send an e-mail to acknowledge its receipt. The fax number is 780-760-0054.

Payment Procedure:

Payment is due in full at the point of purchase. We do not offer any deferred payment or lay-away plans. We accept Visa, MasterCard or e-transfer as forms of payment.


Svitlana Dresses offers free shipping for orders shipped within Canada.

All merchandise must be inspected immediately. If there is a defect in the merchandise the customer must contact Svitlana Dresses with 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Svitlana Dresses must verify the defect or damage prior to issuing any refunds. Any dress altered or changed prior to the inspection will not be allowed for a return or refund of any kind.

We ask to provide a complete shipping address and include a business name, personal address, apartment number if applicable. We suggest using a business address if a person is not available at your residence to sign for and accept the package. While we request a signature of receipt, the carrier can use their discretion to leave a package at an address if they feel it is secure.

Changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our receipt of your order.


Svitlana Dresses shall have the right without notice and at any time, for any reason, to discontinue operation of the Website or any portion thereof, or any products or services offered through the Website, or to terminate your right to access or use the Website or any portion thereof or your account, including for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user.
